When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, business name and website, customer list size, the plan you're interested in and any message you include.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your free audit.
- To provide our services if you become a client.
We will not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and we never sell your information.
Client data
When we work with your customer data to deliver our services, that data remains yours. We access it only to perform the agreed work, inside your own platform accounts wherever possible, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
How we store it
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and stored securely in our business email. We keep enquiry information only as long as we need it.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@nextlevelcrm.com.au.
